As we continue to grow, we are looking for a confident and intelligent **3D Designer** to join our passionate team.

**The Role**:
You will work closely with our design and project teams to produce high-quality 3D models and photo-realistic CGIs that bring our residential interiors designs to life. This role requires a strong technical foundation in CAD and 3D modelling software, alongside an artistic eye for composition, materials, and lighting.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Create accurate 3D models from CAD plans, sketches, and concepts
- Produce high-quality, photo-realistic CGI visuals for client presentations
- Collaborate with our designers to interpret and develop interior concepts
- Ensure all renders reflect the luxury and detail of our brand standard
- Support the design process from concept to final visual presentation
- Manage multiple projects with attention to detail and deadlines

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in a 3D Designer or Visualiser role, ideally within residential interiors or architecture
- Proficiency in CAD (AutoCAD or similar) and 3D software such as 3ds Max, SketchUp, ArchiCad
- Strong rendering skills with V-Ray, Corona, Lumion, or equivalent
- Skills in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign)
- Excellent spatial awareness and understanding of design detailing
- Able to work independently and as part of a creative team
- Flexible to work on-site in our office with occasional remote work when appropriate

**Desirable**:

- Experience in luxury interiors or bespoke furniture design
- Animation or walkthrough rendering experience is a plus
