An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Team Leader to support the manager and oversee a small team within a multi-bed Residential Home for Children and Young People with Emotional Behavioural Difficulties and challenging behaviours.
As the Team Leader your responsibilities will include ensuring the Children and Young People receive high quality of care in line with Ofsted. You will support the Registered manager with effectively managing rotas and supervisions for your team, oversee trainingand development of the team, providing informal practical and emotional support to colleagues experiencing difficulties in addition to developing and maintaining key relationships with children, staff, parents and professionals
You will be a resilient, passionate and professional individual with excellent leadership skills. You must have a excellent understanding of Ofsted and have the drive to work towards excellent reports.
You must have a Diploma Level 3 in Health and Social Care and experience of leading a team within a Children and Young People's residential service. You must hold a full UK Driving license with access to your own car.
This is a full-time position working on a Rota system inclusive of sleeps, 2 on 4 off. In return for your hard work you will receive a salary of up to £24,000 plus £70 per sleep plus exciting benefits, ongoing training and development.
