We are currently recruiting for an ambitious and experienced Management Accountant looking to add value to a well-established, forward
- thinking company based in Solihull. This is a great opportunity to work for an organisation that offers great career prospects.

As the Management Accountant you will be supporting the production of monthly accounts for the key financial processes. Your focus will be taking ownership of key P&L accounts whilst completing variance analysis and insuring a high level of accuracy. Youwill take ownership of tasks and duties to ensure they are completed in a timely manner including budgeting / forecasting processes, maintain balance sheet reconciliations, posting journals, preparing accruals and prepayments.

Ideally you will have:

- Ability to work in a high pressured environment, commercially minded with a strong eye for detail and advanced knowledge in Excel
- Currently studying ACA/ACCA/CIMA, with the intention to complete your professional accounting qualification
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively at all levels including with individuals across the team and wider business
- Incredibly organised and well-structured insuring you are able to introduce processes that prepare the finance team for the next stage of growth
