**About the role**

This is a new role which will support the transformation of our online product content. We have ambitious plans to optimise all of our online product pages, including copy, imagery, video, navigation and categorisation. This role will support the online product information manager and online visual merchandisers in delivering this project.

**Key responsibilities (will include, but not limited to)**
- Working with our Buying teams to ensure we know when new products are due to launch.
- Work with our online visual merchandisers to ensure all new or reloaded products launch on the website in line with our agreed timings.
- Support the online visual merchandisers and third-party service providers to identify and fill any gaps in our product information either from our technical teams or suppliers.
- Audit all raw product information for accuracy and completeness.
- Help to capture key features and benefits of a product so we can demonstrate how the product supports the customer and their pet.
- Ensure all data is captured and loaded accurately into our PIM.
- Gather product imagery and videos from our suppliers - ensuring that the key features and benefits are showcased through the photography and video content.
- For any own brand products, the online visual merchandiser will be responsible for briefing all image requirements to the in-house studio.
- Ensure that all imagery meets the requirements of the new Pets at Home Image Guidelines.
- Manage our merchandising log and inbox.
