**Overview**

This is an International position based out in the UK to support enterprise customers across EMEA and APJ.

The advisory consultant will provide Ransomware Resilience and Data Protection advisory services primarily to our enterprise customers as a trusted advisor, helping them to identify AS-IS postures of Cyber Resilience and Data Protection to develop Ransomware Resilience and Data Protection strategy, process, and policies.

This job requires international travel in Asia/EMEA up to 50% of the time.

**The primary responsibilities of the role include**:

- Engaging with enterprise customers to understand their current challenges of Ransomware Resilience and Data Protection.
- Work independently to support and develop new opportunities of Ransomware Resilience and Data Protection consulting projects.
- Providing comprehensive advice on Cyber Resilience and Data Protection issues and strategy to C-level executives of the clients across International
- Delivering Cyber Resilience and Data Protection consulting services such as assessment and risk mitigation projects
- Correctly identify and position “Advisory” services opportunities and be able to articulate clear value propositions for customer adoption.
- Able to clearly articulate the services solution being proposed and how it meets the customer’s key business drivers, exemplifying the (business) benefits resulting from the proposed services framework and technical solution.

**Must**:

- Excellent presentation skill (for workshop)
- Excellent documentation & writing skills. Technical writing experience is plus
- Deep understanding of overall Backup SW and appliance and storage products. Ex) EMC, Commvault, Rubrik, Cohesity, NetApp and etc.
- Correctly identify and position advisory services opportunities and be able to articulate clear value propositions for customer adoption
- Understanding of overall information security solutions and technologies
- Must have seven-plus years of experience in Data Protection(Backup), Information Security or IT Infrastructure

**Big plus**:

- Experience in overall backup storage solutions such as VTL and PTL and storage, NAS/SAN
- Experience in Storage replication technology

**Qualifications**:

- Expertise in Cyber Resilience and Information security
- Strong technical background in comprehensive Data Protection (Backup and recovery solutions), IT DR, Information security technology and solutions
- Expertise in Cloud technology (including Cloud storage) and platform
- Excellent documentation & writing skill. Technical writing experience is plus
- Excellent presentation skill, with experience of delivering at C-level within customer organizations
- A thorough technical understanding of modern IT environments (physical, virtual, cloud and hybrid cloud, datacenter) and of how to architect IT resiliency into these environments
- Experience in Storage, NAS, VTL and Tape library is a big plus
- Strong communication and project management skill
- Demonstrates passion and enthusiasm
- Self confidence that translates well for customers, partners and colleagues
- Fluent in English (speaking and writing)
- At least 5 years' experience in IT consulting
- Degree educated with preference for MSc in Computer Science


**Job Type**: Fixed term contract
Contract length: 12 months

**Salary**: £100,000.00-£180,000.00 per year
