This is an exciting opportunity for a talented Branch Manager to join one of the UK’s leading vehicle rental specialists,bringing to life the Auxillis experience for colleagues and customers at our successful site in Croydon

As Branch Manager, you will focus on supporting our customers to keep their business promises - heading a team that gives an exceptional customer experience whilst working to the highest technical and quality standards.Our Croydon site offers a high profileopportunity for a new Branch Manager to make a real impact. Already one of our top 20 UK sites with a fleet of around 550 vehicles, it acts as the regional hub for support functions, vehicle movements and provides both rental and workshop support for otherNorthgate sites in the area. It is an ever-changing, exciting place to be which we are confident still has lots of room to grow with the right person as Branch Manager.

Accountable for complete performance across all aspects of the branch including rental activity, workshop performance and customer relationships, we are looking to you to develop a results-focused team that maximises revenue opportunities, drives innovationand improvement to minimise vehicle downtime and, above all, delivers on our service commitment to customers.

**About you**

Firstly, you are a proven people manager with a solid management background in fast-paced customer orientated environments - you know how to build and manage a team to deliver exceptional vehicle solutions to your customers. You have a common sense, commerciallyminded business approach - you know what makes a great workplace and how to maximise efficiencies and identify opportunities to produce outstanding results. You get involved in every part of your business - you take pride in understanding exactly what makesyour business tick and lead by example, setting high standards. You are a natural coach and love to share your knowledge with others - nothing gives you more job satisfaction than seeing a colleague you have supported doing well. You have a passion for customerservice - you understand what is important to your customers and suppliers. If there is an issue, as Branch Manager, you will know just how to solve it.
