**Role Overview**

We are currently recruiting for An Assistant Catering Manager to join our passionate and driven Catering team based at our client’s site in Newton Mearns, within the Glasgow region.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Coordinate and manage all catering and associated services at appointed premises.
- Management and control for all food production in the unit - Provide support for all services including afternoons, nights and weekends as required.
- Consider all special dietary needs as required and accurate ordering of all supplies.
- Compile competitions, menu planning & promotions.
- Storage of goods and implementation of stock controls and weekly stock takes.
- Manage all catering Team Members to provide the required service at an agreed level.
