**Summary**

We are seeking a Supervisor to join our dynamic team at Card Shack Limited in Bristol. In this role, you will play a key part in ensuring our shop runs smoothly while providing exceptional customer service. Your leadership will help maintain the lively atmosphere that our customers love.

**Responsibilities**
- Assist the Company Owner in overseeing daily operations, achieving sales targets and creating a welcoming environment.
- Supervising the shop while lone-working.
- Being self-motivated to provide outstanding customer service. Offer service, information and advice to customers.
- Create shop displays and merchandising to create an engaging shopping experience.
- Manage stock levels and assist with stock replenishment as needed.
- Address customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly to maintain a positive shopping experience.
- Use of initiative to maximise revenue and enhance customer satisfaction.
- To be accountable for the security and efficiency of till transactions.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, including health and safety regulations and Security procedures.

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in a retail or supervisory role is preferred.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a passion for customer service.
- Ability to work collaboratively with the owner and a small team over seasonal periods.
- Creative mindset for visual merchandising and store displays.
- Flexible availability to work various shifts.

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: From £12.75 per hour

Expected hours: 7 - 16 per week
