The post holder will work as a member of the Lincolnshire People Hub to deliver a robust Attraction Strategy.

The post holder will work with closely with the strategic leads as well as the engagement specialist and communications officer, within the Lincolnshire System to develop a robust engagement programme for the Attraction Strategy.

The post holder will employ communications, media and public relations skills alongside engagement with stakeholders, combined with leadership and management ability to build, protect and maximise the reputation of Health and Social Care in Lincolnshire, with a strategic approach to all their work internally and externally.

Be responsible for the development, implementation and evaluation of communications and engagement strategies and plans for projects, campaigns, events and ongoing activities across the Lincolnshire Attraction Strategy.

Provide strategic counsel, advice and training for senior managers on all communications issues, including those of reputational importance relating to: the work of the Trust staff, patients, public, news media and other stakeholders; online communications; crisis and issues preparation; overall communications strategy.

Act as a key link between the Lincolnshire System, and all main stakeholders of the Attraction Strategy. Build and maintain positive relationships with these stakeholders.

Prepare and present reports for Executive and Board meetings as required. This will require communicating, influencing and negotiating at the highest level.

Prepare briefings for board members, and other key stakeholders.

Ensure that all activity for which the post holder is responsible is measured, monitored, evaluated and evidence based.

Lead and support the People Team communications and engagement.

The Lincolnshire People Boardis the Assurance Board with oversight for the Health and Social Care people priorities and has dual reporting responsibility into the LHCC and Midlands People Board.

The Lincolnshire People Teamare people leaders across Lincolnshire health and social care organisations who oversee the strategic direction for key areas of the Lincolnshire People Plan.

The Lincolnshire People Hubis the innovation and delivery arm of the Lincolnshire People team working in specialist areas to drive forward priority areas and new ways of working.
