**Job Purpose**
- Own the Digital Vision & Strategy output
- Support on additional consulting and analytical services
- Produce referenceable, high quality deliverables
- Build out a benchmarking library from client data

**In this job you'll get to**
- Use data insights and broad ecommerce experience to identify end to end trading opportunities and provide practical recommendations to our clients.
- Tailor recommendations to individual clients based on their business objectives and maturity.
- Use data visualization tools to elicit and produce meaningful insight, for internal use and client facing.
- Conduct site and proposition audits for new and existing clients.
- Evaluate competitor and market leading sites to identify overarching themes and trends.
- Provide benchmarking data from available resources.
- Support senior consultants with information gathering as part of client discoveries.
- Support Client Services with identifying opportunities with existing clients based on data.
- Work with the Commercial team on pre-sales engagements.

**Your skills and qualifications**
- Experience and knowledge in retail/ecommerce industry, trade capability and current technology trends knowledge are essential
- Have a meticulous eye for detail and utilise a new user mindset when conducting site audits
- Advanced Google Analytics (or similar)
- An ability to draw actionable insight and produce digestible commentary from analysis
- An ability to work collaboratively and draw on wider expertise is key
- Proactive to learn and expand knowledge in all areas of the business
- Preferred experience in 3 of the following areas:

- Reporting & Analytics
- Trading practices
- Ecommerce
- Retail
- B2B
- Digital Marketing
- SEO
- UX (functionality and features)
- Fulfilment
- Customer Services
- Functional Definition
