Quality Inspector

**Quality Inspector responsibilities include -**
- Work on inspection activities, using handheld inspection tools.
- Liaise with production staff to ensure that basic checks are being performed.
- Manage any quality issues and liaise with the manufacturing team accordingly.
- Assist with calibration of internal measuring equipment.
- Support customer and third-party audits.
- Liaise with other staff on site helping to drive continuous improvement.

**Quality Inspector desirable skills and experience -**
- Experience working within a similar position (Quality Control)
- Able to read and work from technical information.
- Able to use standard inspection tools - vernier's micrometers, etc.
- Basic understanding of CMM (not a requirement).
- Mechanical engineering education (HNC/HNC), or relevant training.
