Are you an experienced global mobility professional ready to take the next step?
We’re hiring a Global Mobility Specialist to join our London-based team. In this role, you’ll help manage international assignments, relocations, and remote working requests across more than a dozen countries — including the UK, US, Canada, Australia, Singapore, and Europe.
You’ll be part of a friendly, expert global team that supports employee moves from end to end — with a strong focus on compliance, service, and international collaboration.
What you’ll be doing:
As a key member of our Global Mobility team, you’ll provide hands-on support to employees and their families throughout the assignment lifecycle.
Your day-to-day will include:
- Coordinating end-to-end global assignments and secondments
- Acting as the first point of contact for mobility-related queries from employees and internal teams
- Managing visa, immigration and international remote working requests
- Liaising with third-party providers to arrange work permits, household goods shipments and relocation services
- Ensuring compliance with international tax, immigration, and audit processes
- Supporting payroll, compensation and compliance requirements with local People teams
- Tracking vendor invoicing and mobility data accurately
- Delivering an excellent employee experience during international moves
You’ll work closely with the Global Mobility Business Partner and partner with our wider global People teams.
What we’re looking for:
- Experience in global mobility, ideally in-house and covering end-to-end assignments
- Understanding of international tax, immigration, and compliance issues
- Highly organised with excellent attention to detail and documentation skills
- Comfortable using internal systems and working with external vendors
- Confident communicator with a solutions-focused mindset
- Able to work sensitively across different cultures and time zones
Experience in wider HR/People operations is a plus
