A very reputable and growing Insurance Broker are looking to recruit for an exciting and fulfilling **part time** role which will use your sales and relationship building skills.

This **Insurance Sales Advisor**role is important to the business and requires somebody with a positive attitude and great interpersonal skills.

The Broker works with professional Corporations and individual customers and has a reputation for high levels of service and expertise.

This role will enable you to contact ex-customers and warm leads from their customer database in order to talk to them to try to help them with their Insurance requirements.

This is not a target based role nor one which requires a hard sell, it is all about communication.

With your Insurance experience, once you've been able to establish the needs of your customers, you will then be able to give them quotes for their Insurance cover. If their needs are more complicated, there are other Insurance experts who will be able toassist them.

**Activity for the Insurance Sales Advisor will include**:

- Make contact with past and prospective customers and build rapport
- Understand and establish customers Insurance needs
- Offering your customers Insurance quotes as appropriate
- Up sell optional extras which benefit your customers
- Generate interest with customers through telephone calls
- Maintain and develop the customer databases

**To be a successful Insurance Sales Advisor you will demonstrate**:

- Previous Insurance experience
- Excellent level of confidence on the telephone and ability to establish relationships
- A professional and confident manner
- Track record of making good contact with customers and rapport building
- Understanding of databases and their use in business development
- Excellent personal organisation and administration

**This is an excellent opportunity and along with the basic salary they offer a competitive benefits package and support.**
