Our client was founded in 2006 to provide businesses with affordable business systems (ERP’s) tailored to their specific needs. Their friendly and experienced team not only custom-build your system, but they also offer consultancy, training and long-termsupport so that you will never be left with a product that doesn’t entirely meet your needs. Due to business growth, they are now looking for a **Senior Software Developer** to join their team.

**Senior Software Developer**

**| Salary £45k-£55k DOE | Colchester |**Mon-Fri 8.30am-5pm | 1 Hour Lunch Break | Mondays in the Office, Tues-Fri can be Remote or Office | 28 Days Holiday including Bank Holidays | Laptop Provided | Software Company |

**Duties (to include but are not limited too)**:

- Python Software development using Odoo Community and Odoo Enterprise
- Business Analysis with customers and for internal projects
- Designs and Time Estimations
- DevOps: Amazon AWS, Docker, Kubernetes
- Quality Control: Inc. review of / contribution towards related policies and processes, and Automated Testing
- Conducting first, second and third-line support, including ticket-logging and ticket-updating
- Mentoring Developers and Junior Developers

**Person Specification**:

- One or more in-use programming languages
- Experience with Python
- Relational Database design
- HTML / CSS / JavaScript
- Source Control (e.g. GitHub, BZR, Bitbucket)
- Good people skills and written communication skills
- Self-reliant / self-sufficient
- Logical, methodical, diligent
- Professional
- Experience with Odoo (Desirable)
- Experience with JavaScript (Desirable)
- NGINX or similar webserver (Desirable)
- Amazon AWS, Docker (Desirable)
- Kubernetes (Desirable)
