Multi Trade Carpenter

You will be required to:
- Multi Trade to complete a variety of trades such as carpentry, plumbing, tiling, and decorating; experience in plastering, vinyl flooring, roofing, groundwork, and fencing is desirable.
- Carry out repairs and maintenance within social housing properties, voids.
- Carry out Pre & Post Inspections, Audits and Specifications.
- Use of a PDA to manage and record daily work.
- Participate in a Call Out Rota.
- Have experience working within social housing properties
Qualifications:
- City & Guilds and or/ equivalent e.g NVQ
You will be supplied with:
- Company branded van
- Fuel card
