Your role as a Care Assistant is centred around enabling our Clients to remain living in their own homes as independently as possible.

You will be assisting a large range of Clients with their individual needs, which may include Personal Care, Medication, Meal Preparation and accessing the Community.

We offer leading rates of pay at £11+ per hour, amazing management team, friendly staff and flexible working patterns available.

We offer a very competitive hourly rate of pay, pension contributions, a monthly performance related bonus scheme and mileage contributions plus regular incentive initiatives, flexible working and 28 days annual leave (pro rata)

We are also happy to engage staff on a self-employed basis if this is preferable.

Uniforms and all personal protective equipment are provided to our Care Assistants.
