**Who you’ll be supporting & more about the role**:
Dillington Mews is an autism specific supported living service comprising 6 Individual flats. Each person we support lives in their own apartment.
- We provide 1:1 support for 6 tenants.
- All tenants have an individual support plans, ensuring they are supported in a person-centred way and are promoted to make own choices.
- Each person has their own individual care package of support.

We need you to commit to the shift patterns of 07.00 to 14.30, 14.30 to 22.00, and a waking night 22.00-07.00

We need you to be committed to complete all the training and additional training required within your role.

We need you to be kind compassionate and be fun and think “out of the box”. Ensuring all support is delivered to ensure our tenants have the “Best life Possible”.

We need you to be friendly towards the people we support but remain within professional boundaries.

We need you to always communicate and listen to us and respect what we have to say and become a valued team player.

We need you to fully document all
