**The role**
- Our centralised reservations department handles all bookings and enquiries for all hotels and spas and restaurants within our group. We offer a high level of customer service to all guest handling their every need prior to arrival at the hotel. Key responsibilities include
- Answering enquiries on different room types, packages, and services that we offer in the properties
- Taking reservations through different channels and processing them to a high standard of accuracy
- Handling of all guests’ special requests, changes to their reservations and cancellations in a professional manner and always going above and beyond guest expectations
- To maintain exemplary billing systems and obtain all payments from customers in accordance with company Policy, and the accurate accounting and processing of all sales
- To ensure a good working relationship with all other departments and communicate information throughout the hotel
