We are looking to appoint a Head of Operations, the main purpose of this role is to lead the business on all operational matters, ensuring your teams are effectively managed and supported to deliver the best outcomes for 3B and world class training for our clients.

**Key Duties & Responsibilities**:

- Ensure 3B is delivering a world class experience for our clients and delegates by leading on operational issues across the business.
- Introducing new ideas and ways of working across your teams to improve and maximise business efficiency.
- Have an excellent relationship with all areas of the business, ensuring we are well placed operationally to succeed with our goals.
- Work with your teams to ensure we are delivering well managed and profitable public courses.
- Look for continuous improvements in the business and working across departments to help implement them.
- Oversee the Compliance, Training Delivery and Curriculum teams
- Be an expert in Quality standards across the awarding organisations we work with, ensuring your teams always keep 3B compliant.
- Update, develop and implement quality processes to improve efficiency and profitability, guiding the business in achieving quality recognition.
- Setting consistent world-class standards for the delivery of training, development of course content and employee CPD.
- Develop & lead a strong learning culture and career development opportunities for trainers.
- Ensure any compliance issues and/or complaints are resolved with the best outcome for the business.

**Essential Skills & Experience**:

- Experience in a leadership role with the ability to build relationships at the highest levels internally and externally.
- Hold, or willing to work towards, a recognised Health & Safety qualification.
- Commercially astute and able to spot opportunities to make the business more profitable
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Able to identify, analyse and problem solve

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to £55,000.00 per year
