- Previous experience in a customer facing role
- An open personality who is relaxed and natural in their interactions
- Able to work effectively as part of a team
- Accurate with good attention to detail
- Passionate about delivering the highest levels of service with a desire to learn, work hard and progress
- Set up banquet area/room, ensuring cleanliness and proper set up. Monitor and maintain cleanliness, sanitation, and organisation of assigned station and service areas
- Answering member’s questions and accommodating special requests
- Determining the number of table waiters and servers required
- Planning the venue layout according to the number of guests and the type of event.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £25,000.00-£30,000.00 per year
