Receptionist

EAC Consulting Group are representing one of the UK’s leading Property Developers. You will be working as part of the fastest growing team within the company at a new, modern office space based in Cambourne.

They are looking for an Organised, Personable individual to join as a Receptionist where you will be part of the hub of the office amongst the team.

**Job Details**
- Meeting and greeting all guests, ensuring they receive a warm welcome
- To always portray a friendly, professional and courteous demeanour
- Answer all internal and external telephone calls in a timely, professional, warm and friendly manner
- Assist others with general administration, typing reports, letters, scanning and ordering stationery
- Organising Charity events & Summer events
- Provoding a 1st class service to both internal and external members
- Reporting to the Office Manager and supporting all departments
- Good knowledge of MS Word, Excel and Outlook.
- The Receptionist will possess excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Strong organisational skills and with the ability to work within a team or independently.
- Excellent attention to detail and with the ability to use own initiative.
- A flexible, enthusiastic person who embraces training and development.

Monday to Friday 08:30am - 17:00pm
