**About The Role**:

Due to the continued expansion of the business and increasing demands, we’re looking for a Support Administrator who will thrive in a busy operational environment to join our Credit Services team at Birchwood Park, Warrington.

In this fast-paced role as a Support Administrator your responsibilities will include:

- Looking after incoming and outgoing post management
- Cash Management for customer payment
- New customer onboarding/ risk management
- Process and scan incoming supplier invoices
- General admin duties: customer amendment's, internal credit/ invoice requests
- Ad hoc tasks

This would be a fantastic opportunity for individuals who are looking to start their career as a Support Administrator who would enjoy working with customers to provide exceptional service and manage payments received.

To succeed in this role you will bring the following skill-set and behaviours:

- Self-motivated with a collaborative, team working approach
- Ability to demonstrate excellent administrative/organisational abilities and a keen eye for details and accuracy
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Able to work on own initiative.
- IT literate with a working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word.
- Excellent communication skills at all levels.
- Comfortable working in a target driven environment
