We are seeking a Cost Accountant to join the UK subsidiary of a European owned business at their site in Wetherby.
This with be a dual focused role with a focus on both analysis into spend / profitability as well as maintaining control of the business's sales ledger function.
You will work closely with the General manager to perform analysis into both the businesses operational costs as well as analysis into profitability of key customer relationships.
This could suit a part or newly qualified accountant with strong excel skills; you will have prior experience in budgeting and margin analysis.
The role will be predominantly office based at Thorp Arch Estate in Wetherby.
Main duties of the role:
- Assist the general manager in cost analysis of current and new projects
- Assist in cashflow projections
- Support the GM with the budget/forecast processes, leading the collection and analysis of data
- Manage the customer invoicing processes within the supply chain and field service operations, ensuring correct documentation is produced in a timely and accurate manner
**Salary**: £35,000 - £45,000
