Manufacturing Filling Operative

As a Manufacturing Operative, you will supply accurately manufactured products in accordance with production schedules, whilst providing a high level of service to internal departments to meet our customers’ demands.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Provide specified products in line with procedures to meet company quality standards.
- Adhere to production planning schedules.
- Ensure duties are carried out efficiently to minimise costs and waste.
- Follow health and safety regulations, maintain safe-working practices at all times and undertake any required training to ensure the company aligns with legislation.
- Coordinate your workplace and maintain a high standard of housekeeping, to ensure a safe and efficient working environment.
- Provide a high level of service to internal customers.
- Achieve production targets in order to contribute to department objectives.
- Ensure that products are manufactured to the correct quality following a recipe.
- Ensure that products are manufactured safely in a chemical environment.

**Qualifications**
- Numerate and literate
- Ability to manually handle large amounts of paint in cans up to 18kg
- Ability to use Manual Handling Equipment (MHE) to move pallets of paint
- PC literate, ability to use MS Office products and machine operating screens.
- Previous manufacturing experience preferred but not essential
