**Role : Protection Advisor**

**-Circa £30,000 base salary, 80k OTE package.**

The business was set up in 2010, specialising in Financial Service. Lending, Protection & General Insurance; offering a holistic approach to their customers. The business is directly authorised, has a strong panel of insurers and great plans for 2025.

They are looking for a new Protection Advisor to join their team, someone who is self-motivated, professional that does not require man management. Daily/Weekly meetings will take place & support is always available.

**What you’ll be doing**:

- You will receive circa 8-10 inbound web enquires per day (all Google).
- Following the business process, you will complete a fact find with your customer to understand their needs before presenting your recommendation of the required product/s.

**Your responsibilities will include**:

- Providing quality advice with every fact find, making sure you have everything documented in our CRM.
- Managing your time effectively is key.
- Ensuring that FCA and internal regulatory standards for advice provision are met.

**What they’re looking for**:

- 1 years’ experience in Financial Services.
- A great communicator with a professional telephone manner.
- A highly motivated individual with a drive to deliver sales targets and outstanding customer outcomes.
- The ability to build great rapport with clients through a consultative approach.

**What they’ll do for you**:

- Provide full training and support for the role to ensure you have the knowledge and tools to achieve.
- Ensure you are kept up to date with any product or regulatory changes.
- Continue to develop your skills.
- Invest in you to help further your career in the sector (CII qualifications, CMAP etc).

- Your birthday off (paid for, after completing 12 months service).
- Company pay for qualifications within Financial Services Industry (R05).

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: £30,000.00 per year
