In partnership with Legal & General PLC and NatWest Pension Trustee Limited, with hugely ambitious (and very achievable) growth plans, we are seeking a **Housekeeper** to join our expanding housekeeping team.

You will have previous experience working in a busy, hands-on role (ideally within a hotel / hospitality setting), with a proven track record of dealing with customers.

**The Role**:

- Cleaning designated areas, ensuring they are kept tidy and in a hygienic condition
- Undertaking housekeeping duties within our residents’ homes
- Ensuring communal areas are kept neat, tidy, and well presented
- Cleaning floors, shampooing and vacuuming carpets and polishing furniture and woodwork
- Emptying waste bins, ensuring that all waste is disposed of following the correct procedure and bins are replaced with a clean bag
- Cleaning windows and glass within reach distance
- Carrying out laundry duties
- Maintaining COSHH Regulations.

**Working Hours**:

- This is a part time opportunity where the Housekeeper will work 22 hours per week; Monday (8.00am-2.00pm), Tuesday (8.00am -2.00pm), Wednesday (9.00am-2.00pm) and Thursday (9.00am-2.00pm).
