**Level 2 and Level 3 Nursery Practitioners required for nursery in the heart of Rugby Town Centre.**

Our nursery caters for children between 6 weeks and five years of age. We are looking for an enthusiastic person willing to embrace our ethos and become a valued member of our team.

**As part of your role you will**:

- Provide the children with a safe, secure and home-like environment
- Operate as part of a key person system and liaise with parents, carers, and senior staff
- Plan, organise and implement provocations and invitations to learning, following the interests of the children to meet the needs of this age group while following the philosophy behind The Curiosity Approach
- Work as part of a highly motivated and professional team

**You will need to**:

- Hold a full and relevant early years and childcare qualification at Level 3.
- Have at least one year of experience within a nursery setting.
- Have proven organisational skills; be willing to learn and be enthusiastic about supporting the development of children in our care.

Successful applicants will need to provide ‘right to work in the UK’ documentation, undertake a DBS (organised by us) and provide a minimum of 2 satisfactory references prior to commencing employment.

Pay: £22,204.00-£25,376.00 per year
