**Description**

As a Tablets Manufacturing Team Member, you’ll have the freedom to help improve how we manage our production operations. Reckitt is home to some of the world’s best-loved consumer hygiene, health and nutrition brands. Due to high production volumes, we currently have opportunities for Team Members to join our Tablets Manufacturing Department.

This team work together to manufacture millions of Gaviscon, Nurofen and Mucinex and tablets every day

**As a Team Member, you will**
- Operate lines at maximum efficiency to ensure all production plans are achieved on time and to quality standards
- Support the hourly/daily/weekly performance reviews on the line ensuring correct downtime analysis is highlighted to ManTech and action is taken in a timely manner
- Ensure all KPIs are achieved e.g. Waste, changeovers, Autonomous Maintenance
- Ensure have the necessary skills to operate own area to the required standards
- Effectively complete the maintenance tasks in respect of autonomous maintenance
- Ensure legal and regulatory compliance in respect of safety and quality systems
- Take ownership for own training plan with support from the Technician
- Ensure right first-time completion of all line documentation

**You’ll succeed because**
- You have some previous production line experience on high-speed manufacturing equipment e.g. FMCG, Food, Chemical, or a Pharmaceutical environment
- You are able to work to stretching targets
- You have an awareness of Quality/Good Manufacturing practice and experience of KPI focussed environment
