We are on the look out for an account manager /senior account executive to play a key role in our thriving and growing PR agency.

If you love travel, have excellent communications skills, a flair for creativity, and know a thing or two about digital marketing and social media, then we would love to hear from you.

P1 Communications is a luxury lifestyle PR agency which specialises in the property, travel and hospitality sectors. We look after some amazing hotels, tourist boards, tour companies and property clients in the UK, France, Portugal, Barbados, St Lucia and Mauritius.

You will work for a team that is supportive, nurturing and positive and benefit from regular professional training. We offer a flexible working from home/office work life balance. There will also be opportunities to travel to our client locations.

The position is based at our lovely office in central Richmond, just off Richmond Green and a five minute walk from Richmond train station, which is serviced by the District Underground, Overground (North London), and South West Trains.

**This role will include**:

- Supporting the Account Managers and Directors on the running of several accounts with some client liaison
- Taking responsibility for smaller accounts
- Having an input into the PR strategy, plans and creative ideas for each client
- Implementing the client campaigns
- Writing press releases, blogs, social media posts and newsletter items
- Initiating and pitching news and feature stories in the media
- Developing relationships and liaising with the media and influencers on behalf of clients
- Keeping up to date with relevant influencers and media
- Arranging press trips with the occasional participation
- Helping to organise events
- Attending networking events
- Identifying new business opportunities and following up
- Contributing to new business pitches
- Helping with the development and management of an assistant account executive
- A BA Hons degree
- 2-3 years experience of PR, journalism or digital marketing
- Experience of working in consumer marketing and PR
- Experience of working in luxury lifestyle, property or travel would be an advantage
- Impeccable English - written and spoken
- Social media and digital marketing experience
- Organised, strong administration skills and good at multi-tasking
- Good telephone manner and excellent writing skills
- Proactive and good at problem solving
- Friendly, outgoing nature
- A passion for and experience of travel would be a bonus

Competitive salary plus new business bonus.
Work from home on Friday

**Salary**: Up to £30,173.00 per year
