**Job Title: Semi-Skilled Operatives - Green Space Maintenance**
**Location**: SE and SW London
**Rate**: £16 per hour
**Hours**: 9 hours per day, Monday to Friday (some weekend work available)

We are looking for **Semi-Skilled Operatives** to join our team for Green Space maintenance works across the London Boroughs in SE and SW London. The primary role involves driving gang mowers or sit-on mowers for grass cutting in parks, open spaces, and common land areas.

**Key Requirements**:

- A full driving licence (up to 3.5t) is highly desirable, as driving vans between sites may be required, but not essential.
- Some positions may require a 7.5t driving licence.
- Experience in driving gang mowers and sit-on mowers is preferred, but the necessary skills can be quickly acquired.

**Responsibilities**:

- Operate gang mowers or sit-on mowers for grass cutting and general maintenance of Green Spaces.
- Drive vehicles to transport equipment and teams to different sites (if holding a valid licence).
- Work 9-hour days, Monday to Friday, with occasional weekend shifts.

**What We’re Looking For**:

- Previous experience in Green Space maintenance is a plus, but we are open to applicants without experience who are eager to learn.
- A full driving licence is desirable for those who will be responsible for driving vans.
- Flexibility to work occasional weekends and willingness to adapt to the demands of the job.
