To support continued growth, we require a pro-active and enthusiastic Project Administrator to support the Capital Projects Team and wider organisation to achieve our project management objectives. This role will be a full time and permanent position, basedat our site in Lutterworth.

Hours: Monday - Friday

As a Project Administrator you are responsible for various clerical and administrative duties surrounding several projects. These duties include preparing documentation, scheduling, reporting, general office finance tasks, cost tracking, and use of timemanagement skills to help the team stay on track.

This opportunity is for someone who is eventually wanting to take a step from administrative duties to Coordinating. Courses such as Prince and AGILE can be provided by the company to help you on your career path.
- To provide administrative support to the Capital Projects Team
- Prepare and provide documentation to internal teams and key stakeholders
- Compilation of meeting and briefing documentation such as agendas, minutes, presentations and briefing packs
- Communicating with customers, suppliers and third parties as required
- Attending site meetings and taking minutes as required
- Assisting with internal audits and project monitoring
- Assisting in the development and enhancement of project reporting
- Maintaining organised admin systems for each project
- Obtaining quotations and assisting with purchasing
- Data input on various excel spreadsheets and organisational CRM systems
- Travel to other Culina Group locations may be required on an adhoc basis to assist with on-site meetings

**Qualifications**
- Previous experience as a Project Administrator or similar role
- Good understanding and experience of day to day project management principles and processes e.g. risk management, change control, status updates etc.
- A self-motivated individual with the ability to work with Senior Management
- Always maintain a 'can do’ attitude, within prescribed guidelines, to deliver a positive response to all requests
- Excellent organisational and time management skills
- Ability to juggle multiple projects and priorities concurrently
- The ability to provide excellent attention to detail
- Very good planning and prioritisation skills are essential
- Strong customer focus
- Confidence to propose new and improved processes and effect positive change
- You must enjoy working as an integral member of a team but also be capable of managing your own workload to deliver high quality work that meets expectations and deadlines.
