**REQUIREMENTS**

Our Receptionists are warm and welcoming and quality service focused, passionate about exceeding guest expectations and work effectively as part of a team. They need to be personable, have an acute attention to detail and have ability to work collaboratively as part of team to provide a memorable guest experience and work to the highest standards. Reporting to the Head Receptionist and collaborating with the housekeeping department you will ensure that the Mollie’s brand room standards, guest policies and operational procedures are always delivered.

We can offer roles from 18-27 hours per week and the days of the week can be flexible.
