**What You’ll Do**

As a Care Professional, you’ll:

- Visit clients in their own homes across Easingwold, Thirsk and rural areas to provide personal care, medication support, and companionship.
- Assist with social activities and day trips, offering longer visits of 2-6+ hours to help clients enjoy their independence.
- Build strong relationships while tailoring care to meet individual needs, promoting dignity and happiness.
