Job Description Bank Maintenance Assistant | Clifton Park | Bank Hours Where you’ll be based Clifton Park Hospital is a modern, purpose built in-patient hospital located just outside York city centre. Registered with the Care Quality Commission the hospital has 24 beds, including enhanced care, two theatres, a day case unit, a large out patients department with x-ray facilities and on-site physiotherapy including a small gym area.- Undertake a range of general and ad hoc tasks on a day to day basis to meet the requirements of the site equipment maintenance and goods movement- Provide a courteous service to patients, relatives, visitors requiring assistance and staff within the hospital- A physically demanding role as you are moving heavy equipment- Ensure all waste is collected and disposed of to agreed standards- Carry out daily, weekly and monthly preventative planned maintenance tasks on essential hospital plant.- Ensure Hygiene standards and Health and Safety regulations are complied with at all times.- Comply with agreed security procedures What you will bring with you- Sound written and verbal communication skills- Excellent planning and organisational skills- Commercial and financial awareness- Flexibility and adaptability to meet the changing needs of the business- Appropriate computer skills- Competent to carry out minor repairs and maintenance checks What we give back to you- Competitive hourly rates plus enhancements- Free DBS- Contributory pension scheme- Excellent training and development opportunities- - Free uniform- Access to Blue Light Card About us Ramsay Health Care UK is a well-established global hospital group with over 50 years’ experience.
