**The Role**
We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced & motivated Voids/Planned Supervisor to join our Fortem team, based in Nottingham supporting a brand-new contract This is a permanent position ideal for someone who is confident, driven and passionate to succeed. This role is instrumental to the smooth running of this high-profile contract. You will lead the team of trades people and sub-contractors in undertaking the required works to the highest possible standard, covering properties in the Nottinghamshire area - including Northampton, Leicester and Nottingham. **The Project**
As a Supervisor you will motivate, coach and support to ensure tradespeople are competent in their work and renowned for their level of commitment, capability and workmanship. You will be responsible for planning and organising your team to deliver outstanding service and performance in line with KPI's.
