**Engineering Assurance Manager**
- Owner of business engineering risk register & responsible for implementing all mitigation actions and development.
- Produce all procedures required for the safe and compliant handling and use of refrigerant gasses.
- Define the competency requirements of related trade engineers, management, and staff for the Technical Services job family.
- Facilitate the development and implementation of the Electrical Safety Rules for electrical systems alongside the Authorising Engineer team.
- Ensure all required electrical testing procedures are followed for new installations and all necessary certification completed as an approved contractor.
- Develop the Gas Management Policy and Procedure for the Technical Services division and oversee its implementation, working collaboration with the Technical Gas Compliance Manager.
- Undertake audits of both sites and engineers to provide assurance on the safe and compliant delivery of service.
- Support the contract delivery teams and clients with specialist support and advice where required. Promote best practice in record keeping both digitally and in hard copy.
- Monitor the completion of compliance tasks across contract PPM plans and actively push for resolution on any perceived compliance failures or issues.

**Essential Skills/Experience/Qualifications required**:

- 5+ years working within building services / facilities management
- Understanding of Microsoft Office software packages
- Experience in a compliance or safety role is desirable.
