As a Public Area Attendant, you play a vital role in maintaining the cleanliness, presentation, and overall atmosphere of the hotel’s public spaces. Your dedication to detail ensures a welcoming and immaculate environment for our guests.

Key Responsibilities- Clean, sanitise, and maintain all public areas, including lobbies, hallways, restrooms, and elevators.- Ensure cleanliness and upkeep of furniture, fixtures, and artwork in public spaces.- Respond promptly to guest requests or issues regarding public areas.- Monitor and replenish supplies (e.g., soap, tissues) in public restrooms and other designated areas.- Report maintenance issues or damage to facilities promptly to the Housekeeping Supervisor.- Uphold hotel standards and guidelines, maintaining a professional and approachable demeanour at all times.- Assist other team members and departments when needed to ensure seamless operations.

Salary: £12.72 p/h + service charge
