Stonewater are now on the lookout for a New Homes Team Leader to join the Development directorate and act as management lead to up to four New Homes Coordinators over a specific geographical location. You’ll ensure high levels of qualitative and quantitative performance and provide specialist advice, administrative support and undertakings regarding leases and associated legal matters.

Providing clear leadership and utilising coaching and motivation skills to ensure a positive, pro-active customer led service, you’ll ensure the provision of outstanding New Homes Coordinator support for the New Homes Team, that delivers compliant sales and lettings transactions which complete within timescales and income targets by pro-active resource management, recruitment, training and up to date policies, procedures, and processes, maximising the use of automation. You’ll lead on the accurate reporting of defined Key Performance Indicators and Performance Indicators and on the submission of the annual statistical data return and quarterly NROSH report for the New Homes Team.
