Our focus at all times is on ensuring that our patients receive high quality treatment quickly, in clean and comfortable surroundings.
**About You**:
You'll act as first point of contact for patient enquiries and action accordingly whether via the telephone, in writing or face to face. Always aiming to resolve queries fully at the first opportunity. With experience in accurate electronic record keeping and complaint resolution you'll work collaboratively with clinical and patient services staff to deliver the high standard of service required by our patients.
