**UK Internal Communications Leader**

**What can you expect?**
- The UK Internal Communications Leader is responsible for the planning, development, execution and measurement of an integrated colleague communications program for the UK region, staying connected with the firm’s global strategy, focus areas and priorities and tailoring to align with UK business priorities and communications framework.
- Working closely with the Global Communications team and the UK CEO and his direct leadership team, the role will bring a combination of strategic and executional ability, exceptional communications skills and creativity.
- You will work in a consultative manner, confidently advising senior leaders on key messaging and channel strategies that align to key priorities. This role will also manage the UK communications team (Communications Manager and Senior Internal Communications Analyst).
- You will be collaborative, organized, have excellent attention to detail and be able to communicate effectively and relevantly to different colleague populations at all levels.

**We will count on you to**:

- Partnering with the Global Communications team and the UK Leadership team, develop and implement a proactive, integrated and multi-channel internal communications strategy that educates and engages UK colleagues in the firm’s global strategy and UK priorities
- Build strong relationships with the UK CEO and the CEOs direct leadership team - understanding tone, defining messaging platforms, and building communication strategies across the UK LT that align with the region’s strategic priorities
- Work collaboratively across the Global Communications Center of Excellence (CoE), balancing global strategies with effective delivery in region by amplifying and customizing key strategic messages, toolkits, materials etc. to be relevant to local audiences
- Partner with cross-functional leaders to develop and execute communications/change management programs that support key strategic projects and transformation efforts
- Own the channel strategy and delivery for key UK communications channels, including UK CEO updates, intranet, newsletters, Town Halls and Yammer - align with global standards and governance around channels, platforms and tools
- Draft and develop messages, scripts, presentations and videos on behalf of members of the UK Leadership Team, in their tone of voice.
- Utilise innovation and storytelling to bring messages to life
- Track and measure the delivery and impact of communications programs - including effectiveness of UK activation of global messages
- Manage and develop two direct reports

**What you need to have**:

- A minimum of 8 years Internal and Change communications experience
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- A proven track record in developing, managing and implementing global employee communication strategies
- Strong senior stakeholder management skills
- Excellent interpersonal and project management skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks
- Strong knowledge of communication trends and best practice
- Experience working with a global team in multiple locations and the ability to work in a virtual environment.
- People management / development experience.
- Experience in a large-scale global, matrix organization
