We are seeking a full-time Band 3 Ward Administrator to cover Amberley Ward Reception, an 18 bedded all-female inpatient ward at the Department of Psychiatry, Eastbourne.

You should have a friendly disposition, an excellent telephone manner and a sound knowledge of IT skills as you will be required to work closely with the Ward Managers providing IT support. In return we would support you in training and development

You will have to be able to provide a comprehensive and administrative support to the ward and assist the other Ward Clerks and Receptionist in their duties. You will also assist in the daily upload of patients’ paperwork onto Carenotes.

You must have the ability to be able to plan your workload associated with ensuring that audits dates are met.
