Head of Editorial

Forseven, a revolutionary company looking to transform the EV industry through cutting-edge technology and innovative engineering, is seeking an exceptional Head of Editorial to enable our vision of powerful storytelling, told through fearless creativity which captivates and inspires. This is a critical role for building our single source of world-class omnichannel creative.

This is a rare and exciting opportunity to lead the creation of highly impactful, contemporary creative, driven by compelling storytelling whilst building and leading our world-class internal production house: Studio Forseven.

This is a critical senior role to partner with the world's most creative talent to ideate and create best in class output.

**What you will do**:
Take a leading role in achieving the objective of being Forseven's source of world-class, omnichannel creative.

Work closely with colleagues in Brand, Storytelling, Marketing and Communications to ensure alignment on plans and outputs

Lead budget and resource management for your function

Recruit, motivate and develop a high-performing team, in line with headcount plan

Develop editorial content in line with the requirements of all key channels

Ensure that our approach aligns to industry best practice and world-class writing principles

Unlock efficiencies through collaborative omnichannel creation

**We would like you to have**:
Significant experience as a Communications professional

Collaborative, with culturally-sensitive mindset and global perspective

Able to evidence the successful management of editorial functions within relevant sectors

A highly motivated, charismatic leader and creative thinker who is well connected with relevant industries

Experience in automotive / EV or technology sector, preferably
