An exciting opportunity has arisen in the cancer services Team for a full-time MDT Coordinator/Pathway tracker for the Non Specific Symptom Diagnostic Service.
This will be offered as a fixed term or secondment for 1 year.
This is a service for GPs to refer patients that they are suspicious have a cancer.
As the NSSP Coordinator you will facilitate the smooth running of the patient journey by ensuring that coordinated administrative processes are in place. This will include managing a PTL and facilitating MDT meetings.
You will also have contact with the patients by telephone when arranging appointments and triaging calls for the Clinical Nurse Specialist.
