**Location: **London Bridge Hospital

**Contract: **Permanent, 37.5 hours/ week, Monday - Friday

**Salary - **£32,000-£35,000 depending on experience and skills

**About the Role**

Are you an experienced Senior Medical Secretary looking to advance their career and work in a thriving and supportive workplace?

We have a brilliant opportunity for a Senior Medical Secretary to join HCA Healthcare UK. As a Senior Medical Secretary, you will be responsible for ensuring the continued provision of the highest quality of secretarial and administrative support.

Duties will include
- providing full secretarial support to 3 interventional cardiologists
- Management of patient appointments, liaising with patients and hospital staff as required in order to facilitate this
- Diary management
- contribute to the development of the practice and lead on agreed projects
- Any other duties as requested by the Practice Manager

**Ideally we are looking for someone with**:

- Previous Senior Medical Secretarial experience is essential, ideally private
- Significant understanding of Medical terminology
- Strong attention to detail, accurate typing and letter proof reading skills
- Computer literacy
- Excellent communication skills
- Knowledge of DGL and CWS would be an advantage
