GMG Automation, located in Stone (Diamond Way, Stone, Staffordshire, ST15 0SD), is a young thriving reseller automation company specialised in helping manufacturing plants worldwide in the provision of electronic components. We are looking for a self-motivated Italian Speaking Finance Assistant to join our team.

As a Finance Advisor you will be responsible to:

- Register Intra and Extra EU invoices
- Register payments
- Banking management support
- Creditors management
- Supplier invoices and expenses post and query resolution
- Support with the delivery of all finance reporting
- Process the daily, monthly, quarterly and annual finance activities
- Assist the director with any other finance task

Required:

- Fluent in Italian both written and spoken
- Experience in a Finance admin/assistant role or similar is preferred but not essential
- Proficient in the use of Excel
- Computer literate
- Confident in communication both written and verbal
- Attention to detail with exceptional organisational skills

We offer:

- Salary per year: £21,000.00-£23,000.00 (based on experience) + Career advancement

Working hours: Mon-Thu: 7.30am - 4.30pm | Fri: 7.30am - 3.30pm
