CRA works in partnership with reputable law firms with either local, national or international presence. We recruit at all levels from board, director andpartnership level through to support staff.
CRA Legal are recruiting on behalf of a reputable local law firm. Our client is looking to hire a Junior Litigator to join their renowned Commercial Litigator Team, in their Sheffield Office. This role will be supporting across varied aspects of CommercialLitigation.
**Role & Responsibilities**:

- Running a varied commercial litigation caseload with supervision of a litigator
- Taking potential customers through a full claim assessment
- Reviewing information to establish and process claims
- Reviewing compliance on files

**Required Attributes**:

- Previous experience as a Litigator, dealing with commercial or civil files is desired
- Experience as a fee earning paralegal is required
