We are currently recruiting for an Engineer Supervisor at a potato packing site in Boston, Lincolnshire.

Managing a small team and responsibility for delivering departmental KPI’s. This will include ensuring that all targets are achieved on a daily basis with the responsibility for all customer service levels and standards. All supervisors are responsible forQuality and as such experience of working in a Quality Assurance environment is advantageous. Detailed recording of data both manually and onto ERP system. You will be responsible for supporting production activity, maximising line performance and creatingand monitoring operating procedures. You will also ensure 100% compliance and “right first time”, promoting best operational practice and validate the processes and equipment.

**The Person**:
This role is for a multi-skilled, electrically bias, Maintenance Engineer. FMCG experience is highly desirable.
- Carrying out proactive/reactive maintenance on equipment and machinery to ensure limited downtime.
- Optimisation and improvement of scheduling and undertaking preventative maintenance on equipment.
- Troubleshooting electrical, pneumatic and mechanical faults - with various machinery including but not limited to production and packaging.
- Minor building and equipment repairs.
- Eliminating any potential periods of downtime with a proactive approach to daily tasks in a methodical manner.
- Ensuring due diligence records are eligible and well maintained.
- The correct person will possess a strong attention to detail and will take pride in ensuring all parts of the role are carried out accurately and professionally.
- Experience in managing a team is essential.
- The right person will be IT illiterate.
