Clifton Gray is working with a prominent Manchester based property firm who have an exceptional reputation for providing a quality service across the UK. Due to a sustained period of growth and a strong pipeline of work, the firm is looking to strengthenthe property team with the key hire of a Commercial Property Surveyor that will contribute to the growth and development of the overall business.

This role will suit a General Practice surveyor wanting to put their stamp on a highly reputable business and utilise their exiting experience to become an integral part of the property team. This is also an ideal opportunity for a surveyor with Consultancyor Public Sector experience who is now looking to move client-side.

As the firm’s Commercial Property Surveyor, the tenant will be at the heart of everything. You will use your exceptional communication and rapport building skills to maintain tenant relationships through the entire cycle (completion, expansion, relocation)and ensure tenant loyalty. Through regular meetings and continued interaction, you will take pride in getting to know each tenant individually, understanding their business and sector, ultimately providing a quality, tailored tenant experience.

This strong relationship with existing tenants will then ensure their ever-changing requirements for space and services are dealt with quickly and effectively. Working closely with the Asset Management team you will anticipate and help deliver property managementinitiatives to maximise the income and value of the assets within your portfolio, and you will be aware and action key events within the tenancy such as rent reviews, lease renewals,and debt management. As a confident networker you will attend on site andoff site events, maintaining an awareness of the market and competitors.

You will be MRICS ideally (but not essential) with private sector and/or public sector experience, particularly surrounding rent reviews, lease renewals, and negotiation. This position offers a salary up to c£40,000 DOE coupled with a highly attractive packageincluding private healthcare, life assurance, sabbaticals, pension scheme, enhanced maternity, hybrid working and much more
