Assembler/packer

We are looking for two Assembler/Picker Packers to join a great hydraulics company in Havant. Day shifts, £9.63 an hour, with the chance to gain valuable engineering skills. Guaranteed pay rise and holiday increase after three months.

The Role

This engineering role would see you picking and mechanically assembling components from metal and rubber parts, to be used in the hydraulics industry. You would be tasked with picking parts from stores, building and assembling parts from machined metal and rubber, using hand tools and equipment to work from mechanical drawings. Working in a busy department with a great team, you will get to move around the department to cover all bases and keep things fresh and engaging. Experience with mechanical assembly and picking is beneficial - No formal qualifications are required.

Based in Havant (PO9), this company is a key player in hydraulic engineering and has global contracts. Located across a 300,000 sq ft site, this busy and growing company needs new picker-packers and mechanical assemblers in order to hit target and fulfil orders.
