**Dental Receptionist**

Fryern Dental Practice is a family run private dental practice. We are a small and friendly practice providing mainly general dentistry but having special interests in dental implants and treatment under sedation.

We are looking for a part time receptionist to join us in welcoming patients to the practice. You will play an active role in the smooth and efficient running of the practice forming a vital part of the patient journey.

**Salary**:£11.19 per hour

**Hours**:Wednesday and Thursday 8.45 to 5pm, Friday 8.45 to 3pm

**Key responsibilities & duties**:
You should be motivated, organised and a good communicator. You should have proven front of house reception experience, ideally within a dental or healthcare setting, although this is not essential.

You will need to be punctual and reliable, have a good telephone manner and have exceptional customer service skills.

your main tasks will be:

- booking appointments, on the telephone and face to face
- taking payments
- liaising with the laboratories, ensuring work is delivered and returned on time.
- assisting in all enquiries
- assistance in stock control
- assistance in the recall system
